A functional women’s health clinic looks at you as a whole person — not just one symptom at a time. What truly sets us apart is how we blended medical care, lifestyle support, and community into one seamless program that helps women feel better for life, not just for a moment.
We’re built around three pillars of health:
Physical health: We combine integrative medicine — like advanced testing, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), GLP‑1 support, vitamin injections, and IV therapy — with personalized plans that make sense for your body and goals.
Mental health: We partner with The Journey Within, an outpatient psychiatry clinic offering compassionate psychiatric care, medication management, specialized therapies (like CBT, DBT, IFS, and ketamine‑assisted therapy), and individualized support to help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
Social health: Because connection matters, we host community events, classes, and support opportunities — check our events calendar and sign up for something that inspires you. Being part of a supportive group makes health changes feel less like a chore and more like a movement.
Other clinics might treat one piece of the puzzle. We help you thrive across all three — body, mind, and community — because lasting health doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
We do not accept insurance. Our practice is intentionally cash-pay so we can focus on personalized, root-cause care rather than insurance-driven limitations. Unfortunately, the traditional insurance model often rewards volume and short visits—not long-term healing.
That said, many insurance plans will cover the lab tests we order. When labs are needed, we provide you with the lab order, and you’ll work directly with the lab to determine what your insurance will or will not cover. You will pay the lab and present your insurance card to them—not to us.
All consultations, treatments, and services provided by our clinic are cash pay. If you choose to submit anything to your insurance for possible reimbursement, that process is entirely up to you and your insurance provider.
Yes! Most of our services are eligible for payment using HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds. We recommend checking with your plan administrator if you have specific questions about eligibility, but many clients successfully use their HSA/FSA cards for care with us.
Because we love you. Truly.
GLP-1 medications and peptides are powerful tools that can significantly support metabolic health, weight management, and overall wellness—but only when they’re used appropriately and closely monitored. When used incorrectly or without proper oversight, they can do real harm to the body.
By offering GLP-1s exclusively within our comprehensive care packages, we’re able to ensure they’re prescribed thoughtfully, paired with the right support, and adjusted based on your individual needs and response. This approach helps you get the maximum benefit while prioritizing your safety.
We’re not interested in quick fixes or quick bucks. Your long-term health will always matter more to us than selling a medication on its own.
Hormone testing helps us move past guesswork and get real data about what’s actually happening in your body. Symptoms like fatigue, weight changes, mood swings, low libido, brain fog, poor sleep, and irregular cycles are often blamed on “stress” or “getting older”—but more often than not, hormones are involved.
By testing your hormones, we can:
Identify imbalances that may be contributing to how you’re feeling
Understand how your body is responding to stress, nutrition, and lifestyle
Create a personalized treatment plan instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach
Track progress over time and adjust care as your body changes
In short, hormone testing gives us clarity. And clarity leads to smarter, safer, more effective care—because you deserve answers, not assumptions.
Hormone testing doesn’t “label” you—it helps us connect the dots.
Imbalances in hormones can contribute to a wide range of symptoms and conditions, especially in women. Hormone testing can help identify or support care for things like:
*Perimenopause and menopause-related changes
*Thyroid dysfunction
*Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
*Adrenal dysfunction and chronic stress response
*Estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone imbalances
*Irregular or painful menstrual cycles
*Unexplained fatigue, weight changes, or mood shifts
*Low libido and sleep disturbances
Hormone testing gives us insight into why your body may be struggling—not just what the symptoms look like on the surface. From there, we can create a personalized plan that supports balance, healing, and long-term health.
Most people don’t wake up one day and think, “I should get my hormones tested.” They come in because something feels off—and they’re tired of being told everything is “normal.”
Common reasons women choose hormone testing include:
*Persistent fatigue or low energy
*Unexplained weight gain or difficulty losing weight
*Mood swings, anxiety, or irritability
*Brain fog or trouble concentrating
*Irregular, painful, or missing menstrual cycles
*Sleep issues or feeling wired-but-tired
*Low libido or changes in sexual health
*Symptoms of perimenopause or menopause
Hormone testing helps us figure out why these symptoms are happening so we can stop guessing and start treating the root cause. Because “just deal with it” is not a healthcare plan.
A GI-MAP is an advanced stool test that gives us a detailed look at what’s happening inside your gut. It analyzes your digestive health by identifying bacteria, parasites, viruses, fungi, and markers of inflammation, digestion, and immune function—all from a single stool sample.
In plain terms? It helps us understand why your gut may not be happy, not just that it isn’t.
A GI-MAP can be helpful for people dealing with things like:
Bloating
Constipation
Diarrhea
Food sensitivities
Fatigue
Skin issues
Hormone imbalances
Immune concerns
Since gut health impacts nearly every system in the body, this test often provides valuable insight far beyond digestion alone.
Think of it as a roadmap for your gut—so we can stop guessing and start supporting your body in a targeted, effective way.
If your gut has been trying to get your attention—and you’ve been politely ignoring it—it might be time.
A GI-MAP can be helpful if you’re dealing with ongoing symptoms like:
*Bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea
*Food sensitivities or reactions you can’t quite pin down
*Chronic fatigue or low energy
*Skin issues like acne, eczema, or rashes
*Hormone imbalances or stubborn weight changes
*Frequent illness or immune concerns
*Digestive symptoms that persist despite “normal” labs
If you’ve tried eliminating foods, adding supplements, or following all the wellness advice and still don’t feel your best, a GI-MAP helps us look deeper. It gives us clear data so we can understand what’s actually happening in your gut and create a targeted plan instead of guessing.
Bottom line: if something feels off and it’s not improving, your gut may be a good place to start.
Because health isn’t just about labs and supplements—it’s about moving your body in ways that make it strong, resilient, and happy.
At a functional health office, personal training isn’t just an add-on; it’s a key part of helping you achieve real results. We know that exercise affects hormones, gut health, metabolism, mood, and sleep. By offering personal training alongside our other services, we can create a holistic plan that actually works for your body—rather than throwing a one-size-fits-all program at you.
Plus, we like to keep it fun and safe. That means personalized workouts that fit your lifestyle, goals, and abilities—not workouts that leave you feeling defeated. It’s all about supporting long-term health, not short-term trends.
Because health isn’t just about taking a pill or checking a box—it’s about how you fuel your body and move it every day. Nutrition and fitness are the cornerstones of long-term wellness, hormone balance, gut health, and even mental clarity.
By including both in every package, we make sure your care is comprehensive, personalized, and effective. It’s not just about temporary fixes; it’s about creating lasting results that actually stick. Think of it as the ultimate tag team: the right foods and the right movement, working together to support your goals.
Skipping nutrition or fitness is like trying to drive a car with half a tank—it might work for a little while, but you’re not going to get very far. We’re here to help you go the distance.
We get it—life is busy, and making changes isn’t always easy. But here’s the truth: hormone therapy works best when paired with healthy lifestyle choices like nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. Think of hormones as a powerful tool, not a magic wand.
You can technically start therapy without lifestyle changes, but results may be limited—and sometimes, your body won’t respond the way you hope. Our goal isn’t just to prescribe hormones; it’s to help you feel better, stronger, and more balanced long-term. That means combining therapy with the other pieces that support your health.
In short: we want you to get the most out of your care—and skipping the lifestyle piece is like trying to plant a garden without watering it. It might grow… but it won’t thrive.
Yes—we can, and we see you.
These conditions are common, complex, and often frustrating, but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
Our approach is personalized and functional, meaning we look at your unique body, lifestyle, and hormones—not just the diagnosis. We can help with symptoms like:
*Irregular or painful periods
*Heavy bleeding or spotting
*Mood swings, anxiety, or brain fog
*Fatigue or low energy
*Weight changes or difficulty losing weight
*Hot flashes, night sweats, or sleep issues
*Low libido or changes in sexual health
*Digestive concerns and bloating
By combining hormone testing, nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, and targeted therapies, we create a plan that addresses the root causes—not just the symptoms. Our goal is to help you feel balanced, supported, and like yourself again.
Yes!
The thyroid is a small gland with a big impact on energy, metabolism, mood, hormones, and overall health. Many women experience fatigue, weight changes, hair loss, brain fog, or mood shifts—and a thyroid imbalance is often a hidden culprit.
At our clinic, we don’t just look at standard labs—we take a functional approach. That means we check for subtle imbalances, support your thyroid with personalized nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and targeted therapies, and track your progress over time.
Whether it’s Hashimoto’s, Graves, or general hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism or just symptoms that don’t quite make sense, we help you get answers and create a plan that actually works for your life.
Here’s the truth: it’s not.
Compared to other functional health providers in our area, our prices are low if you take into consideration everything we offer and how comprehensive our care is. There are a lot of providers charging a lot more for a lot less.
But let’s look at the bigger picture. Think about the cost of ongoing doctor visits, medications that may not actually help you feel better, and lifestyle choices that haven’t gotten you the results you want. When you compare that to investing in your health with us, we’re actually a smart value.
The money you spend here is an investment in getting healthy, balanced, and feeling like yourself again—it’s not forever. Functional medicine focuses on root causes, so once you reach your goals, you hopefully have the tools and knowledge to maintain your health long-term. Medication, on the other hand, often continues indefinitely.
In short: what you pay with us is about results, empowerment, and lasting wellness—not just a monthly bill.
A lot depends on you—your goals, your current health, and the conversations we have along the way. Our nutrition and fitness expert, Nichole, focuses on functional nutrition and strength-based fitness that’s tailored to your body, not social media trends.
Nichole often starts with elimination diets to help you discover which foods support your energy and which may be causing pain, fatigue, inflammation, or metabolic issues. This isn’t about fads or TikTok advice—it’s about giving you the knowledge to make choices that work for your life.
On the fitness side, Nichole brings a background in CrossFit and Olympic lifting, and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association certified personal trainer. Science shows women thrive with strength training and high-intensity exercise, and that’s the ultimate goal—but she knows many women aren’t ready to jump in right away. That’s why she starts low and slow, building your strength, confidence, and resilience in a way that’s gentle on your mind, body, and emotions.
In short: expect a personalized plan that’s smart, science-backed, and sustainable—designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and empowered.
An elimination diet is a short-term, structured way to figure out which foods work for your unique body and which might be causing inflammation, digestive issues, fatigue, or other symptoms. It’s not a trendy diet, a cleanse, or anything from social media—it’s a science-backed method to get real answers.
Here’s how it works:
Remove common problem foods from your diet for a set period.
Observe how your body responds—energy, digestion, sleep, mood, and more.
Reintroduce foods one at a time to see which ones support you and which ones cause trouble.
The result? You’ll have a clear map of how your body reacts to different foods, so you can make nutrition choices that actually help you feel better, reduce inflammation, and support your goals.
Think of it as a detective mission for your body—no fads, no guesswork, just answers.
We offer a variety of vitamin and nutrient injections, each designed to support different areas of your health. Here’s a quick overview:
Glutathione – A powerful antioxidant that helps detoxify your body, support liver function, and boost skin health. Great for reducing oxidative stress and supporting overall wellness.
Methyl B12 – Supports energy, nervous system health, and mood. Ideal if you feel fatigued, foggy, or need a natural energy lift.
Lipmino + – A combination of amino acids and nutrients that can support metabolism, muscle recovery, and overall energy levels.
NAD+ – Helps cellular energy production, mental clarity, and anti-aging support. Perfect for fatigue, low motivation, or brain fog.
Vitamin D – Supports bone health, immune function, mood, and hormone balance. Many people are deficient, especially if you don’t get a lot of sun.
Tri-Immune Boost – A blend designed to support immune health and resilience, especially during cold and flu season or times of high stress.
If you have a specific vitamin or nutrient in mind that isn’t listed here, reach out—we’re happy to see if we can accommodate your request.
Important: We require a consultation for all first-time clients. This ensures that any injection is safe, personalized, and appropriate for your history and symptoms. Your safety comes first, and this step allows us to make the most effective recommendations for your unique needs.
Both vitamin IVs and injections deliver nutrients directly into your body, but the method and impact are different.
Vitamin injections (like B12, glutathione, or NAD+) are quick, targeted shots that go straight into your muscle. They’re fast, efficient, and perfect for boosting specific nutrients or supporting energy, immunity, or recovery.
Vitamin IVs are delivered through a drip into your bloodstream, allowing for a broader infusion of multiple vitamins, minerals, and nutrients at once. IVs are great for hydration, high-dose nutrient support, or when you want a more comprehensive wellness boost.
Think of injections as a powerful single tool for specific needs, and IVs as a full toolbox for overall support. Both are safe, effective, and can be personalized based on your goals, symptoms, and health history.
Pro tip: We require a consultation for first-time clients to make sure each approach is safe, tailored to you, and designed to give you the best results.
It depends on you—your health, goals, and lifestyle. Some people only need occasional injections or IVs to boost energy, immunity, or recovery during busy periods. Others benefit from a more consistent schedule to support chronic symptoms, nutrient deficiencies, or long-term wellness goals.
The good news? These treatments are flexible and personalized. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your history, labs, and goals to determine what frequency makes the most sense for you. The plan is designed to give you results without overdoing it—and to make sure every treatment is safe, effective, and sustainable.
In short: some people do it “as needed,” some do it regularly, and all of it is guided by your unique needs. No cookie-cutter schedules here.
Yes—but not the way most clinics do. While we can absolutely help you get what you need, our focus is on targeted, personalized recommendations rather than selling “one-size-fits-all” supplements.
We base our suggestions on your test results and specific health goals. Each supplement has a clear purpose—like supporting estrogen detoxification, liver health, or a temporary nutrient deficiency. Once that issue is addressed, we discontinue the supplement.
Sure, there are a few “forever supplements” we recommend generally, but most of what we do is intentional, purposeful, and designed to minimize unnecessary pills or pharmaceuticals. Our goal is to help you feel your best with as few extras as possible, so your body does the work it was meant to do.
