Our team brings expertise in mental and physical health including nurse practitioners for your functional medicine needs as well as nutrition and fitness coaches to help you reach your goals.

Hannah loves finding a diverse, personalized toolkit for each individual she works with. As a PMHNP-BC, MSN, she integrates medication management, supplements, and other holistic modalities, alongside therapy, to support meaningful and lasting change. Hannah also has years of experience administering ketamine in a variety of clinical settings, and she finds that ketamine combined with therapy can be especially effective in helping individuals shift patterns and move forward with sustained progress.
Her goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where patients feel seen for who they are—while also making room for who they’re becoming, aligned with their values and belief system. Hannah takes a whole-person approach and recognizes that each patient’s treatment plan should be uniquely tailored, using an integrative set of tools to meet the individual where they are.
In addition to her psychiatric expertise, Hannah has advanced training in women’s mental health. She is Women’s Health Certified through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and Advanced Women’s Health Certified through The Elite Nurse Practitioner, further strengthening her ability to support women through hormonally-influenced mental health concerns and life-stage transitions with a comprehensive, integrative lens.

While working as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I quickly realized just how profoundly hormones influence every aspect of a woman’s life—our mood, energy, mental health, and overall sense of well-being. That realization sparked a deep curiosity and ultimately led me to dive headfirst into learning everything I could about women’s hormones and root-cause healing.
I recently completed the Women’s Health Certification Program through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, an intensive six-month program that expanded my understanding of how functional and integrative medicine can transform women’s health. From day one of my career, finding the root cause of illness—not just managing symptoms—has been my passion. This approach has allowed me to continually expand my knowledge and provide care that truly supports the whole woman.
As a single mom, my work is deeply personal. I am incredibly passionate about empowering women to recognize their strength, trust their bodies, and step fully into who they are meant to be. Women possess so many incredible gifts and talents that often go unrecognized or unsupported. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, understand your health, and recognize the power that has always been within you.

Nichole Parmley is a nutrition and fitness coach who specializes in working with women and addressing the deeper factors that influence long-term results, including gut and hormonal balance. With a strong foundation in fitness and a health-first approach to body composition, she believes that a body must be supported and functioning well in order to lose weight and sustain results, especially as women age.
Having experienced firsthand how frustrating a lifetime of dieting and quick fixes can be, Nichole brings a practical, thoughtful perspective to her coaching. She works with women who are ready to put in the effort to change their lifestyle, improve their nutrition, and build strength for longevity, so they can move well, feel capable, and remain active for decades to come.
Nichole holds certifications through CrossFit, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, and AFAA Indoor GEAR (spin) and is a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.
